Terms & Conditions

New accounts are paid before the order is shipped. Terms and credit may be established after approval by Mr. Fly Inc.  Trade and banking references will help in the determination of operating terms and credit for all future orders.

Mr. Fly Inc. accepts the following forms of payment; Visa, Mastercard, debit (on-site only), EFT, etransfer, company cheque and money orders.  At this time we do not accept Visa Debit or American Express. 

Credit card payments are accepted at time of shipping with no fees, after your order ships there is a 3% service fee charged to all credit card transactions.  If paying by EFT or etransfer at time of shipping we offer a 10% early pay discount that must be received the day your order ships, otherwise invoice total is due.  Live Bait has absolutley no discounts and there will be a 3% service fee if paying by credit card.

Mr. Fly Inc. will issue credit for product to an account under the following circumstances;

• Products that are defective
• Products that arrive damaged (must be noted with the courier driver)
• Overcharges in billing for product
• Missing products
• There will be absolutely no credit issued for live bait!

All Claims must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. Mr. Fly Inc. will not accept any claims after seven (7) days. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct stock has been received and is in good order.
